Heres a list of the esteemed individuals who have been selected as recipients of the OPP scholarships:

Jabir Ali

Jabir Ali, originating from the village of Kundal Khokhran in southern Jhang, Punjab, has been awarded the prestigious Oxford Tareen Scholarship for the academic year 2023-24. Hailing from a farming family, Jabirs academic pursuits will lead him towards a doctorate in the realm of antimicrobial resistance.

Wajeeha Amir

Wajeeha Amir, a distinguished achiever from LUMS with a focus on Political Science & Public Policy, has been granted the esteemed Malala Yousafzai Scholarship. Her academic journey will encompass pursuing a Master of Science MSc degree in Evidence-Based Social Intervention and Policy Evaluation.

Amna Baig

In collaboration with the Blavatnik School of Government at Oxford, the OPP has proudly bestowed two scholarships for the Master of Public Policy program. Among the recipients is Amna Baig, an accomplished law enforcement officer from the Police Service of Pakistan.

Abrahim Shah

Abrahim Shah, a distinguished civil servant who clinched the third nationwide rank in the competitive civil service examination, is poised to embark on the Master of Public Policy program.

Sameh Nadeem Hameedi

Sameh Nadeem Hameedi, a doctoral candidate, will delve into the intriguing realm of mathematical physics through his in-depth exploration of partial differential equations and stochastic analysis.

Ahmed Salman

Rabia Ali Khan

Rabia Ali Khan, an Associate Director in the Oncology Outcomes Research team at AstraZeneca, is embarking on her doctoral journey in the field of Clinical Epidemiology and Medical Statistics.

Ahsan Mashhood

Ahsan Mashhood, a distinguished graduate from LUMS with outstanding performance in Economics, is set to pursue an MSc in Evidence-Based Social Intervention and Policy Evaluation.

Usama Salamat and Ajmal Husein
