Empowering Youth through the OGDCL-National Talent Hunt Program 2024 at Sukkur IBA University
In a groundbreaking initiative aimed at fostering educational excellence and offering admission 2024 and opportunities to the youth from underprivileged areas of Pakistan, the Oil and Gas Development Company Limited OGDCL has teamed up with Sukkur IBA University to launch the OGDCL-National Talent Hunt Program 2024. This fully funded scholarship program is designed to provide a quality education to talented students from Sindh, Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Azad Jammu & Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan.

Program Overview
The OGDCL-National Talent Hunt Program offers an invaluable opportunity for 340 candidates selected on a merit-cum-need basis to enroll in a Foundation Semester at Sukkur IBA University. This esteemed institution, known for its AACSB accreditation, promises a robust educational experience in foundational subjects including English, Mathematics, and Information & Communication Technologies ICT.

Students who achieve a minimum GPA of 2.2 in their Foundation Semester will qualify for admission into various undergraduate programs. Notably, the top 200 students from this Foundation Semester will receive a fully funded scholarship for a four-year duration in a range of degree programs, contingent upon Sukkur IBA University’s admission policies.

Selection Criteria
To be considered for this program, candidates must have completed their Intermediate/F.Sc/A-Level education in 2022, 2023, or 2024. Scholarship Coverage
The scholarship is comprehensive and designed to cover all major educational expenses:

Foundation Semester: Tuition fee, transport charges, books, a monthly stipend, hostel facility, and a laptop for outstanding performers.
Regular Programs: Tuition fee, transport charges, monthly stipend, and hostel facility.
Eligibility Requirements
For BBA/BS/B.Ed Programs: Candidates must have achieved at least 50% marks in their Intermediate/F.Sc annual examinations with no supplementary subjects.
For BE Electrical and Computer Systems Engineering Programs: Candidates need a minimum of 60% marks in their Intermediate/F.Sc Pre-Engineering/Computer Science or A-Level in relevant subjects, or a 3-year DAE with no supplementary.
For BS Mathematics Programs: Candidates should have a minimum of 50% marks in their Intermediate/F.Sc Pre-Engineering or Computer Science group with no supplementary.
