NUST NET-4 Opening Doors to Undergraduate Education 2024

The National University of Sciences and Technology NUST has disclosed the timetable for the NET Entry Test, facilitating undergraduate admissions for the year 2024. Prospective candidates can initiate online registration for NET-4 from April 14, 2024, with the application window closing on June 14, 2024. The Entry Test is slated to commence on June 24, 2024. Introduction of New Programs:
From the Fall of 2024 onwards, NUST will introduce the following innovative undergraduate programs:
• BS Artificial Intelligence at SEECS, Islamabad
• BS Environmental Science at SCEE, Islamabad
Application Process:
To access the application form for the 4th series of the NUST Entry Test NET, candidates are required to provide basic information at https://ugadmissions.nust.edu.pk. Subsequently, they should print fee invoices and fulfill the application processing fee requirements at any online branch of Habib Bank Limited.
Enhancing Admission Chances:
NUST advises candidates to appear for the NUST Entry Test at least twice to maximize their chances of admission. The highest score attained in the NET will be considered for merit list preparation.
Test Schedule for NET-2024 Candidates:
• Computer-based tests will be conducted in Islamabad from June 24, 2024.
• Quetta campus will host computer-based tests on July 27-28, 2024.
• Karachi will host paper-based tests from July 19-21, 2024.
• Gilgit will host paper-based tests on July 21-22, 2024.
Additional Criteria and Information:
• Candidates with HSSC including Mathematics as a major subject are eligible for Computing Programmes.
• Foreign nationals Non-Pakistani can apply based on NET or ACT/SAT scores.
• As per HEC directive, educational documents must be attested by the Inter Boards Coordination Commission IBCC, Pakistan before submission to the university during admission.
Registration for ACT/SAT Basis:
Registration for ACT/SAT basis will commence in May 2024. Candidates applying through this route must adhere to the prescribed ACT/SAT score guidelines.

• NUST institutional code for receiving SAT scores: 2790
Validity of ACT/SAT Scores: ACT/SAT scores retain validity for a period of two years.
