NCOC Restricts 50 Percent School Attendance

National Commission and Operation Center conducted their meeting to analyze the current situation of corona pandemic across the country. During the meeting of NCOC on COVID-19, it is decided to limit the academic activities in the schools. The corona positive cases have the ratio over 10%, which is alarming situation. The cities, which have the corona position ratio over 10%, the academic activities will be reduced and the attendance in the schools will be reduced to 50%. NCOC analyzed the situation and the cities, which have COVID-19 positive ratio over 10%, the wedding ceremonies, indoor and outdoor activities will be banned. The students under 12 years age, they will attend their classes only on 3 days with 50% attendance in the schools. The students, who are over 12 years old, they must be vaccinated and they all come to schools on the routine basis and there will be no restriction for them with 50% attendance. Their classes will be managed as per routine. NCOC will manage their next meeting on 27 January.
