In a bid to boost skill development and employment opportunities in Gilgit-Baltistan, the Prime Ministers Youth Skill Development Programme has been launched in collaboration with the National Vocational and Technical Training Commission NAVTTC and the Federal Ministry of Education and Vocational Training. The Prime Ministers Youth Skill Development Program in Gilgit-Baltistan, conducted in partnership with NewTech and the Gilgit-Baltistan Overseas Trade Test and Training Center, presents an excellent opportunity for individuals to enhance their skill set. The program is tailored to meet the demands of various industries and offers a range of 3-month short courses under the guidance of experienced industrial experts.

Courses Offered:
Industrial Electrician:

Duration: 3 Months
Welder TIG, SMAW, SAW, ARC:

Duration: 3 Months
Japanese Language N4:

Duration: 3 Months
Heating Ventilation, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning HVCAR:

Duration: 3 Months
Plumbing & Solar Water Heating Technician:

Duration: 3 Months
Admission Details:
Interested individuals falling within the age range of 18 to 40 years are eligible to apply. The educational qualification required is Tidal, and students who have previously completed a course with NewTech or Government funding are not eligible for admission.

Application Process:
Admissions are open online, and prospective students can visit the official website to submit their applications.
Alternatively, applicants can visit the Gilgit-Baltistan Overseas Trade Test and Training Center in Jutial, Gilgit, with necessary documents and mobile phones to fill out the admission form using the Newtech Online System.
