The admission process follows a set schedule to ensure a streamlined and efficient selection process:
Application Deadline: Applications are open, and the last date to apply online is October 20, 2023, by 1600 hours. Late applications will be accepted with a non-refundable fee until October 31, 2023.
NUMS Entry Test: The entry test is scheduled for November 16, 2023.
Display of Merit Lists: The merit lists for all programs will be displayed on December 18, 2023.
Psychological Assessment and Interviews: These assessments and interviews are scheduled for November and December 2023, respectively.
Application Procedure
Applicants can apply for their desired programs by filling out an online application form available on the NUMS website. The processing fee for each program is Rs. 4000, payable at any nearest branch of Habib Bank Ltd. The deadline for fee submission is October 20, 2023. Its essential to note that the application processing fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Entry Test and Eligibility
The syllabus for the NUMS Entry Test can be found on the NUMS website. The timing and instructions for the test will also be available on the website after the closing of registrations. Additionally, a valid GAT General result with a minimum cumulative score of 50% is mandatory for admission in MPhil Basic Sciences at AM College/AFPGMI.
Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
Government/Semi-Government employees should apply through their respective departments, requiring a NOC for final selection.
Foreign students can apply after obtaining a NOC from HEC.
All foreign qualifications must be supported by an Equivalence Certificate issued by IBCC/HEC and PM&DC.
