Matric Inter Exams Across Sindh Might Be Delayed

The Chairman of education boards across the Sindh has recently written a letter to the provincial government and claimed that, the govt is not co operating the education board in providing grants to meet all operations of the boards. The letter said that the Sindh government has to give a grant of more than Rs 3 billion to the boards. Boards don't even have the money to pay employees' salaries.
Sukkur Board Chairman Mujtaba Shah said , it is difficult to conduct examinations if the grant is not received immediately. He said that if the grant was not received, the boards would have to conduct examinations by begging.
Hyderabad Board Chairman Muhammad Memon said he had written letters to the government several times but had not received a reply. He also said that teachers were not willing to work with the board due to non-payment.
