LLB Degree Programs Admissions 2025 open in HEC

The Education Testing Council ETC, under the supervision of the Higher Education Commission HEC, is conducting the Law Admission Test LAT for students aspiring to enroll in the Five-Year LLB undergraduate degree program. This test is mandatory for admission to all HEC/Pakistan Bar Council PBC recognized public and private universities, institutions, and affiliated colleges across Pakistan.

The LAT is being held in accordance with the orders of the Honorable Supreme Court of Pakistan, issued on March 6, 2018, and reaffirmed in the judgment dated August 31, 2018, in Constitution Petition No. 34/2012.

Who Can Apply
Students are eligible to apply for the LAT if they have:

Passed the Higher Secondary School Certificate HSSC or an equivalent qualification 12 years of education

Appeared in the final exams of HSSC or equivalent and are awaiting their results

 Passing Marks: 50

Deadline for Online Registration: Tuesday, May 13, 2025 11:59 PM

Test Date: Sunday, June 1, 2025

 Instructions for Candidates

Roll Number Slips must be printed and presented on the test day.

Candidates must bring their original CNIC or Passport.

Applicants under 18 years of age who do not have a CNIC must bring:

Original B-Form

Original SSC/HSSC Certificate with a photograph

Important Note:

Carefully verify all personal details name, CNIC number, mobile number, etc. before submitting the application.

Applications submitted using a parent’s, sibling’s, or another individual’s CNIC will be rejected, and the candidate will not be allowed to sit for the test.

No changes to personal data or test centers will be allowed after submission.
