Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Lahore has officially declared an increase in marks for the Islamiyat and Pakistan Studies subjects. This initiative involves a substantial rise of 50 marks in each subject, scheduled to take effect from the academic session of 2024-26. Lahore Boards Mark Increase Plan by 2024-26:

Authorized representatives from the Lahore Board have verified that the marks for Islamiyat and Pak Studies will experience an elevation from 50 to 100 marks. In this arrangement, Islamiyat examinations will be conducted at the 9th class level, while Pak Studies assessments will be incorporated into the 10th class examinations. This significant adjustment is set to be implemented over the academic years 2024-26.
