KPK Schools Early Winter Vacations Due to Coronavirus

The KPK Chief Minister chaired the meeting regarding the present second wave of coronavirus in the country and the situation arising from this state of pandemic. The participants of the meeting were Provincial Minister, Chief Secretary KPK, Corps Commander Peshawar, Special Assistant to CM and IG Police and they shared their views over this alarming situation of the COVID-19 and its impact on the society especially in the educational institutes. During the meeting, the matters of preparation, arrangements and other emergency precautions were discussed and it was concluded that the second wave has started in the country and they viewed the situation in the province. There are some cities and parts of the cities, which are badly affected by this pandemic. Some cases of this pandemic were also reported in the provincial educational institutes. After the detailed discussion and suggestion, it was decided to announce the early winter vacation in the schools all over the province.
