The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa KP government has unveiled plans to provide furniture to every student in public schools starting next fiscal year. Chief Minister Ali Amin Khan Gandapur has ordered education officials to ensure that no student is left sitting on the floor due to a lack of basic classroom furniture. Government Commits to Better Facilities and Teacher Training in Public Schools

These directives came during a key meeting held to finalize the Annual Development Programme ADP for the next financial year. The session, attended by senior provincial leaders, focused on evaluating development proposals from multiple government departments.
The Chief Minister stated that the new ADP will center on meaningful, results-oriented projects. He stressed that resources will be fairly distributed across all constituencies, with a special focus on underdeveloped areas and the timely completion of ongoing projects.
