KP Education Department Announces Ramadan School Timings
The Education Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has recently rolled out a modified timetable for school hours during the month of Ramadan. The worthy information regarding school timings during the holy month of Ramadan is shared as KP Education Department Announces Ramadan School Timings.
Primary School Hours:
Starting immediately, primary schools across the province will kick off classes at 7:30 am and wrap up at 11:10 am, except on Fridays, where classes will conclude at 10:05 am.
Middle, Secondary, and Higher Secondary School Hours:
For middle, secondary, and higher secondary schools, the adjusted timings during Ramadan will be from 7:30 am to 12:15 pm, with a Friday conclusion at 10:25 am.
Ramadan Moon Sighting Committee:
Today, the Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee is set to convene in Peshawar to sight the Ramadan moon. Led by Maulana Abdul Khabeer Azad, the meeting will commence post-Asr prayers.
Zonal Committee Meetings:
Concurrently, zonal committees will gather in their respective regions to receive and assess moon sighting reports, ensuring standardized commencement of Ramadan throughout the area.
