Karachi SSC Exams Resume After Heatwave Delay

Board of Secondary Education Karachi has recommenced matriculation exams today following a postponement due to extreme heat. Class 10 science group students will take their Sindhi paper in the morning, while the afternoon shift includes the geometrical and technical drawing paper for Class 9 general group students, alongside the modern and art drawing exam for the same group. Extensive Student Participation
A substantial number of students are involved, with 160,842 from the 10th-grade science group and over 16,000 from the 9th-grade general group scheduled to appear. To facilitate these examinations, 505 centers have been established throughout Karachi for both male and female students.
Postponement Due to Heatwave
The exams, originally set between May 21 and 27, were delayed due to the severe heatwave affecting the city. The resumption today marks the continuation of the academic schedule despite the earlier disruption.
