JSMU SMC Final Year MBBS Batch 2019 Exam Form Schedule 2025

Jinnah Sindh Medical University JSMU, Karachi has officially announced the Examination Form Submission Schedule for the Final Year MBBS Retake Examination 2025 for Batch 2019 students of Sindh Medical College and all its affiliated institutions. The JSMU Examination Department has issued a notification outlining all relevant details for submission.

Students of Sindh Medical College JSMU are required to download their examination forms from the universitys official website at www.jsmu.edu.pk, print and fill the forms, and submit them to the Student Affairs Department along with a paid fee voucher of Rs. 5000, a copy of the CNIC, two recent photographs, transcript of the last exams, and copy of the enrollment card.

Candidates from affiliated medical colleges must submit their forms along with a Rs. 4000 fee to their designated focal person, who will forward the documents and a consolidated pay order to JSMU.

The last date for submission is May 5, 2025. A late fee of Rs. 500 will be applied from May 6, and no forms will be accepted after May 9, 2025.
