JSMU Pharm D Sem II to X Retake Exam Forms & Fee Schedule

Jinnah Sindh Medical University JSMU, Karachi has officially released the Pharm D Semester II to X Retake Exam Forms & Fee Submissions Schedule 2025. This announcement is vital for all Pharm D students of the Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences IPS and affiliated institutes who wish to appear in the retake examinations.

According to the Notification Ref No: EXAM/JSMU/7965/05-25, issued on May 5th, 2025, students can download the retake exam form from the official JSMU website starting May 6th, 2025, via the link: http://www.jsmu.edu.pk/exam-download.htm.

The last date to submit the form is May 12th, 2025. A late fee of Rs. 500/- will apply from May 13th to May 15th, 2025. No forms will be accepted after May 15th, 2025, under any circumstances.

Students must attach the following documents with their submission:

Photocopy of last year’s transcript

Copy of Enrollment Card

Two recent passport-size photographs

Original paid fee voucher for IPS students

Consolidated pay order for affiliated institutes

The examination fee is Rs. 2000/-. Students of affiliated institutes must submit the filled forms and fee to their focal person, who will then forward them to the JSMU Examination Department.
