JSMU Notice MBBS Final Year Form Submission 2024

In a significant notification issued by Jinnah Sindh Medical University JSMU, crucial details regarding the submission of examination forms for MBBS Final Year Batch-2018 Retake & Year Back have been provided. This notification, applicable to candidates of Sindh Medical College JSMU and all affiliated institutes/medical colleges, outlines the process for form submission and associated deadlines.

Candidates from Sindh Medical College JSMU are instructed to download the examination form from the JSMU website and submit the duly filled form, along with a paid voucher of RS-5000/- and necessary documents, to the student affairs department of JSMU. Similarly, students from affiliated institutes and medical colleges are required to print the examination form, fill it out, and submit it, along with fees of Rs. 4000/-, to the focal person at their respective institutions. The focal person will then forward the examination forms to the examination department, accompanied by consolidated pay orders.

The deadline for form submission is from April 25th to May 8th, 2024, with a late fee of Rs.500/- applicable from May 9th, 2024 onwards. After May 10th, 2024, no forms will be accepted.

Applicants are reminded to include essential documents such as transcript photocopies, enrollment card copies, two recent photographs, original paid fee vouchers for Sindh candidates, and consolidated pay orders from affiliated medical colleges. Timely submission of examination forms with accurate information is highly appreciated to ensure smooth processing.
