JSMU BSPH Sem III V VII Examination Form Sub Notice 2024
Karachi, September 2024 – Jinnah Sindh Medical University JSMU has released an important notification regarding the submission of examination forms for students enrolled in the Bachelor of Science in Public Health BSPH program. This notification is for Semester-III, Semester-V, Semester-VII, and year-back examinations.
Regular students from the APPNA Institute of Public Health AIPH must download the examination forms from the JSMU website. After completing the forms, they must submit them, along with a paid voucher of Rs. 2500/-, to the Student Affairs Department. Students from affiliated institutes and medical colleges must follow a similar process but submit their forms through the focal person at their respective institutions with a fee of Rs. 2000/-.
Required documents include a copy of the enrollment card, the transcript of the last semester, two recent photographs, and the original fee voucher. The last date for submission is September 16th, 2024, with a late fee of Rs. 500/- applicable for late submissions until September 18th, 2024.
