Mandatory Documents for Interview Process

Candidates shortlisted for interviews must bring the following attested documents to ensure their scholarship applications are processed without delay:

Passport-sized photographs with name and CNIC written on the back

CNIC copies of the student, father, and mother

Completed Honhaar Scholarship application form

Domicile certificate

Salary slip if applicable

Income certificate on affidavit

Honhaar affidavit for incomes below Rs. 300,000 annually

Last 3 months utility bills

Rent agreement or handwritten note regarding house ownership or rental status

Fee challan paid/unpaid, undated or latest

Most recent attested academic transcript

Attested copies of Matric and FSc results

Interview Dates, Venue, and Important Instructions

The interviews will be held on April 22, 23, and 24, 2025, with specific times listed against each candidates name. All interviews will take place at the Financial Assistance Department of IUB.
