Islamabad Fake Degree Issue

It has been informed to the senate standing committee on the federal Education and Professional Training by the chairman of the Higher Education Commission that the fake degrees are being issued in Islamabad. It is also stated that there are some of the doubtful educational institutes, which do not provide education but the fake degrees to the students.
The senate standing committee organized the meeting under the headship of Senator Rahila Magsi and the committee asked the Federal Minister and the chairperson of HEC to solve the issue of the students, who are facing by Islamabad Law College. HEC chairperson took up the public complaint, Muhammad Akmal, who took admission in Islamabad Law College and he deposited the fee of Rs.60,000/- for LLB part 1. When he appeared in the annual exams of the part 1, he was told that Islamia University Bahawalpur has finished their affiliation. It is also informed to the senate standing committee that there are total 209 students, who got admission in LLB and they have completed their LLB part 1 and now they are in LLB part 2 but there is no college, which give admission to these students in the part 2.
The chairman of HEC said that these institutes may be involved in the suspected educational degrees to the students, which can be fake degrees. The chairman issued the orders to the law college to settle its issue of the affiliation with the Islamia University Bahawalpur within 6 months. The law college did not follow the orders and it got the stay order from the court and started the admission process in the next class. The commission got published the alert in the newspapers and warned the students and their parents not to take admission in the next classes. The commission also uploaded the alert on their website so that the students and their parents can be warned so that they avoid take admission in Islamabad Law College.
