IBA Karachi Corovavirus Affected Students Not Miss Class

IBA Karachi has sent the email to all of the university students stating that they will not get any leave even in case they contract the coronavirus pandemic. The IBA Karachi has issued this notification and the students and the public has criticized over this notification. The government has announced to follow the standing operating procedure for the schools and colleges, which are going to reopen on 15 September. The university has issued this notification to share the new 'Guidelines of COVID-19' and the decision of IBA is not to grant any extra leaves to the students, who have coronavirus. The email states clearly that no leave will be given to the students even they affect by the virus and they advised the students to avoid coming to the campus and keep themselves isolated, if they have developed the symptoms of the virus. IBA Karachi has its own attendance policy of the students and the students are not allowed to leave more than 5 classes during each course and there are some courses, in which maximum two leaves are allowed. If the students do not abide by this policy, they will be given the 'F' grade and it shows that the student has failed the course.
