HEC PhD Scholarships Overseas Fall 2019 & Spring 2020

Islamabad, Higher Education Commission Islamabad is responsible to manage the higher education in all programs in the local and overseas universities across the world. HEC also provides the scholarships to the brilliant and outstanding students of Pakistan and AJK in the local and international universities so that they can get higher education. HEC PhD Scholarships Overseas Fall 2019 & Spring 2020 are offered to the outstanding students of Pakistan and AJK to pursue PhD degree in their relevant field from the overseas universities. The desired candidates are advised to submit their online applications through HEC e-portal if they meet the HEC eligibility criteria and they will also follow the instructions for HEC Overseas PhD scholarships Fall 2019 / Spring 2020.
