HEC MS MPhil PhD Programs Admissions Session 2025
The Higher Education Commission HEC has announced the Higher Education Aptitude Test HAT for admissions in MS, MPhil, and PhD programs for the 2025 session. The test is crucial for students seeking admission to public and private universities in Pakistan, as well as for those applying for HEC scholarships.
Eligibility Criteria for HEC Admissions 2025
Candidates must have already applied online for MS/MPhil & PhD admissions or HEC scholarships through the E-portal. They must also be interested in securing admission to these postgraduate programs. The test date is tentatively set for February 2, 2025, with the deadline for online registration on January 20, 2025.

The HAT test will be conducted in five categories based on 16 years of equivalent education. Applicants are required to select the correct category while filling out the online form. The test score will remain valid for 2 years for scholarships and admissions.
