Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the HEC Moroccan Government Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:


Be a Pakistani/AJK National and a permanent resident of Pakistan/AJK.

Provide a valid HAT Higher Education Aptitude Test or USAT Undergraduate Studies Admission Test score. Applicants without a valid HAT/USAT score can visit the Educational Testing Council website for more information. The nomination criteria for Masters and PhD programs are based on the HAT test score, while the undergraduate program nomination criteria are based on the USAT test score.
Selected candidates will begin their academic studies at Moroccan universities in September/October 2023.<


Applicants must meet the following qualification requirements by the application deadline:
For the undergraduate program, applicants must have completed FSc/A-levels and be between 19 to 23 years of age.
For the masters program, applicants must have 16 years of education in relevant fields of study.

For the PhD program, applicants must have 18 years of education in the respective field of study.

Language Requirements:

It is important to note that the mode of study in Morocco is conducted solely in the French language. Therefore, students with a strong command of the French language will be allowed to travel to Morocco and pursue their scholarship or training in French at Moroccan public institutes for higher education.
