HEC Asks Students Avoid Admission in 4 Universities
Islamabad, Higher Education Commission took action against the four universities and stopped the admission process in these four universities. According to the detail, HEC took action against the four institutes including Global Institute Lahore, Al-Khair University, Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Preston Institute of Management Sciences and Technology, Karachi and Imperial College of Business Studies Lahore. The DG of HEC issued a comprehensive notification on the social said, which is stated that the students should avoid getting admission in these institutes. The HEC suspended admission in these universities due to some irregularities and mismanagement, which is discovered in their operations. The degrees issued by these institutes will not be recognized by the HEC and they will not be acceptable.
NTC Scrapped For Undergraduate Test
Higher Education Commission made it clear that the NTC testing scheme for grant of admission in the government and private universities is revamped and the now the new government body was established, which is given the name of ‘Education Testing Council’. It has announced the new undergraduate entry test for the students, who seek admission after their 2nd year exams.
