Upon successfully passing these mandatory exams, graduate students will gain access to practical apprentice programs designed to equip them with valuable skills. The government has further committed to providing training to 16,000 students through a partnership with the National University of Technology.

It is essential to note that this marks the introduction of a Compulsory Exams System for IT Students, signifying a pivotal moment in Pakistans educational landscape.

The minister also revealed ambitious plans for the future, indicating that this training will become compulsory for all university students, targeting a remarkable two hundred thousand students annually. These trained individuals are expected to have the potential to earn between $50,000 to $60,000, contributing significantly to Pakistans foreign exchange reserves, estimated at an annual inflow of $5 billion.

Addressing the infrastructure gap for freelancers in the country, the minister announced the imminent launch of an extensive e-program. This initiative, set to commence in the coming weeks, will facilitate the collaboration between the government and private sector, offering loans and a platform for approximately 500,000 freelancers to work effectively.

Exciting developments are also on the horizon regarding international payment processors such as PayPal and Stripe entering the Pakistani market. Additionally, Pakistan is set to establish a Start-Up Fund, a project that will be realized through high-level venture capital firms collaboration.

Furthermore, the governments plan involves leveraging the 300 MHz Spectrum through an auction process to introduce 5G technology. In addition to these initiatives, a new institution, tentatively named "Papa," is in the works, representing a forward-looking vision for the nations tech sector.
