Govt Extends Summer Vacations Till 15 August

Minister of Education of Punjab Government said that the summer vacations in the schools will be extended by 15 August. The government closed the schools, colleges and universities in mid March and they declared this period as vacation till 31 May because the Coronavirus outbreak was started at that time, which became worsening with the time being. Now the schools were going to open on 01 June but keeping in view the bad condition of this pandemic, the schools and college reopening was delayed up to 15 July and the academic activities in the educational institutes were stopped. Now the government of the Punjab decided to extend the schools vacations till 15 August. Govt Extends Summer Vacations Till 15 August.

It is further said that there are about 30 students in each classes and they sit on the benches with each other and it become difficult to get them aware to keep the social distancing. The government does not want to endanger their precious lives and they want to protect them from this pandemic. If one student gets infected with this pandemic, then it can spread to other 30 students of the class and then to the 300 or 3000 students of the whole school, which can create a big dilemma because of this disease.
