1. Admission Forms
Admission forms can be obtained from the college during official hours. Government Islamia Graduate College for Women Admissions are currently open on the basis of 9th-grade results as per interim admission policy.

2. Deadline for Submission
The final date for submission of fully completed admission forms is Saturday, 30th August 2025, during college hours.

3. Admission Policy
All admissions will be granted strictly on merit as per the admission policy set by the Government of Punjab, Higher Education Department.

4. Reserved Quotas
Separate application forms must be submitted for admission under reserved quotas:

Hafiz-e-Quran

Disabled Quota

Minority Quota

Sports Quota

Hafiz-e-Quran and disabled candidates will be admitted on the basis of an interview.

Sports quota admissions will be finalized based on trials.

 5. Admission Conditions
Admission to First Year is conditional upon the declaration of Matriculation results.
Applicants who have applied on the basis of 9th-grade results must submit their Matric result card as soon as it is released.
Failure to do so may result in cancellation of admission, and the college will not be responsible for board registration. In such cases, any fine imposed by the board must be paid by the student.

6. Documents Required
The following attested documents must be attached with the admission form:

Two photocopies of 9th class interim result card

Character certificate

Three recent passport-size photographs white background

Two photocopies of CNIC of Father/Mother/Guardian

Two photocopies of the applicants B-Form or CNIC

Original NOC and two photocopies if the applicant has passed Matric from any board other than Lahore Board
NOC can be submitted within two weeks

Note: Admission to the morning shift will close once seats are filled. Further admissions will be offered in the Self-Support Program, which includes:
