Admission Requirements:
To apply for admission, prospective students need to gather the following documents:

Admission Form: Obtain the admission form free of charge from the college during office hours.

Academic Records: Attach six copies of matric and intermediate result cards.

Students Bay Form or ID Card: Provide six copies of the students bay form or ID card.

Parental Identification: Include six copies of the identity cards of the students father and mother.

Disability Certificate: Submit six copies of the students disability certificate.

NOC for Non-Multan Board Students: Visually Impaired or Physically Handicapped students who have passed intermediate from any other board other than Multan must attach a No Objection Certificate NOC to their application. This step is essential to ensure a smooth registration process.
