Global UGRAD-Pakistan Program Overview
The Global UGRAD-Pakistan program is designed to facilitate cultural and academic exchange through a non-degree program spanning a semester at a U.S. university. Pakistani students stand to gain invaluable insights, skills, and experiences from this extraordinary opportunity.
Eligibility and Application Deadline
Applicants for this program should be in either their 14th or 15th year of formal education and eligible candidates include those enrolled in both four-year and two-year bachelors programs. The application window for the UGRAD 2024 program closes on September 27, 2023.

Eligibility Criteria for UGRAD 2024 Study Exchange Program
To qualify for the UGRAD 2024 program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Hold Pakistani citizenship
Be 25 years of age or younger
Currently be enrolled in a college or university, with a commitment to returning to their home institutions post-program completion
Demonstrate strong leadership potential within university and community activities
Display a genuine interest in learning about the United States
Showcase high academic achievement, evidenced by grades, awards, and reference letters
Possess proficiency in English
Encourage applications from diverse backgrounds, particularly those individuals with limited prior international travel experience
Ineligibility Criteria
Certain individuals are ineligible for the UGRAD program. This includes:
Applicants with dual U.S./Pakistani nationality or U.S. permanent residence
Individuals with a parent, spouse, or fiancé who holds U.S. citizenship or permanent U.S. residency
Employees of Fulbright organization or the U.S. Department of State and their immediate family members
Students in their final year of university
Application Process for USEFP UGRAD 2024 Study Exchange Program
To apply, interested candidates should visit the official website and complete the online application form. Ensure that all supporting documents, including transcripts with an explanation of the grading scale, are attached before submission. Scanned copies of attested university transcripts, including the most recent one, should be uploaded online.
Please Note
Selected students will be required to provide Reference Letters and a No Objection Certificate NOC from their current academic institution as part of the later stages of the application process.
