GIKI Announces MS & PhD Admissions Schedule for Fall 2025

The Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology GIKI, Swabi has officially opened its GIKI Admissions 2025 for MS & PhD programs under the Fall 2025 Semester. Applications are invited from eligible candidates across Pakistan and abroad for GIKI’s prestigious graduate programs in engineering, sciences, and technology.

According to the GIKI Graduate Programs Admissions Schedule 2025, the deadline to submit applications is July 04, 2025, while the supporting documents and recommendation letters must be received via post/courier by July 07, 2025. The GIKI Admission Test will be conducted at the GIK Institute on July 24, 2025, followed by interviews online or physical scheduled for July 29–30, 2025. The new academic session will commence on September 01, 2025.

Applicants must submit a printed copy of the online application, along with the processing fee of Rs. 3,500, attested academic documents, GRE/HAT test results, two recommendation letters, a statement of purpose, and a research proposal for PhD applicants. It is essential to ensure the submission is complete, properly arranged, and timely, or it will not be processed.

GIKI offers candidates the option to qualify through ETS GRE General, HEC-ETC HAT Test, or appear in the GIKI Admission Test, which follows the GRE General format. Shortlisted applicants will proceed to a virtual interview phase.

The university also accommodates interdisciplinary admissions and credit transfers, subject to conditions. The GIKI Merit List 2025 will be finalized based on test scores, interviews, and academic credentials.
