GCUF BS BE Admissions 204

The Government College University Faisalabad GCUF has released the GCUF Admissions 2024 in Engineering and Engineering Technology programs for the Fall 2024 session. This important test is scheduled for Wednesday, 26th June 2024.

Under the Faculty of Engineering & Technology, the following programs will require the entry test:

For the Pakistan Engineering Council PEC accredited program, the BS Electrical Engineering is included. To be eligible, candidates must have results from either their first year in F.Sc. Pre-Engineering or Pre-Medical with additional Mathematics, A-Levels, ICS, or the first two years in relevant DAE. The test consists of 100 MCQ-type questions, covering F.Sc. level English, Mathematics, Chemistry, and Physics. Each correct answer will receive 4 marks, while incorrect answers will be penalized with -1 mark, and un-attempted questions will receive 0 marks.

For the National Technology Council NTC accredited programs, the included programs are Bachelor of Engineering Technology Electrical, Bachelor of Engineering Technology Chemical, Bachelor of Engineering Technology Mechanical, and Bachelor of Engineering Technology Civil. Eligibility criteria include results from the first year in F.Sc. Pre-Engineering, F.Sc. Pre-Medical, A-Levels, ICS, or the first two years in relevant DAE. This test also consists of 100 MCQ-type questions from intermediate level English, Mathematics, Chemistry, and Physics, with no negative marking.

The important dates are as follows: the registration deadline is Tuesday, 25th June 2024, and the entry test date is Wednesday, 26th June 2024. The reporting time is 10:00 AM.
