GCU Lahore Fee Submission Notice 2024

Streamlined Fee Submission Process at GCU Lahore In a bid to enhance efficiency and convenience, GC University Lahore has introduced a streamlined process for fee submission, encompassing various academic programs. This Fee Notice provides crucial details and guidelines that students need to follow for a hassle-free experience.

Important Instructions

The University emphasizes that the fee/dues for academic programs will be realized through online banking at any United Bank Limited branch in Pakistan. To initiate the process, students are required to download their respective semester Fee Challan from the GCU website by logging into the Learning Management System LMS. Subsequently, the fees can be deposited at any United Bank Limited branch within Pakistan.

Key Dates

The Fee Challan Issuance Date is set for 15-01-24, and students are expected to complete their fee submissions by the Due Date, which is 22-01-24. Timely compliance with these dates is essential to avoid late fees.

Academic Programs and Late Fee Fines

Various academic programs, including F.A/F.Sc., B.A/B.Sc. Honors Morning sessions for the years 2022, 2021, and 2020, LLB for 2022 and 2021, BFA Graphic Design Morning for 2022, 2021, and 2020, BFA Painting for 2022 and 2021, and BS Art History for 2022 and 2021, are covered by this notice. Late fees will be charged according to specified periods, ranging from Rs. 500/- to Rs. 5,000/-.

Submission Guidelines

Three critical guidelines have been outlined:

Fees/dues should be submitted in UBL Within Pakistan through the fee challan, exclusively in cash.

Students with Scholarships/Financial Aid must contact the concerned office before depositing the semester fee.

Fee/dues submitted through Mobile App. will not be acceptable.
