GCU Form and Fee Submission Notification 2024

GC University Lahore has issued a Fee Submission Notice for the academic year 2024, concerning various undergraduate and postgraduate programs. The notice outlines the procedure for fee submission, important dates, and penalties for late payments.

Students enrolled in different academic programs are required to submit their fees through any Habib Bank Limited HBL branch within Pakistan. The respective semester fee challans can be downloaded from the GCU website and the GCU Online Web Portal. It is emphasized that fees must be paid strictly in cash and through the provided challan.

The issuance date for the fee challans is 05-03-24, and the due date for submission is 12-03-24. It is crucial for students to adhere to this deadline to avoid any late fee fines. The notice categorizes academic programs, session details, and semester numbers for clarity.

Late fee fines will be imposed as follows:

Within 10 days after the due date 13-03-2024 to 22-03-2024: Rs. 500/-

After 10 days 25-03-2024 to 15-04-2024: Rs. 2,000/-

After one month 16-04-2024 onwards: Rs. 5,000/-

Students with scholarships or financial aid are advised to consult the concerned office before depositing their semester fees. It is important to note that payments made through mobile applications will not be accepted.

In addition to undergraduate programs, the notice also extends to postgraduate programs including M.Phil and MS degrees. The same fee submission procedure applies to these programs as well.

This notice serves as a reminder for all students to fulfill their financial obligations in a timely manner to ensure smooth academic proceedings. Failure to adhere to the fee submission deadlines may result in penalties that could potentially disrupt a students academic journey.

As reiterated by the Treasurer of GC University Lahore, strict adherence to the outlined procedures is essential for the smooth functioning of the universitys financial processes.
