GC University BISE Exams Admission Forms Submission 2024

The Office of the Controller of Examinations at GC University Lahore has issued a crucial notice, No. 131 /C.E., dated 11-01-2024, regarding the distribution of BISE Examination Admission Forms for Intermediate Part-II Session 2022-2024 Annual Examination 2024. This notice outlines the schedule and essential instructions for students.

Distribution Schedule

The distribution of examination admission forms will take place according to the following schedule:

Pre-Medical Group: Forms will be distributed on 15-01-2024 Monday from 09:00 A.M to 12:00 NOON. Final admission forms can be obtained from 03:00 P.M to 04:00 PM.

Pre-Engineering Group: Forms will be distributed on 16-01-2024 Tuesday with the same time slots as the Pre-Medical Group.

General Science and ICS: Distribution will take place on 17-01-2024 Wednesday following a similar timeline.

Humanities and Commerce Groups: Forms will be distributed on 18-01-2024 Thursday with the specified time slots.

Documentation Requirements

Attested copy of Part-I Result Card

Attested copy of B Form

Attested copy of Fathers National Identity Card

Two recent passport size photographs without attestation

Students are required to be in uniform during the distribution.

The Proof Reading Forms must be carefully checked, and students should return them after affixing a passport size photograph, left thumb impression, and signature.

The Final Admission Form will be distributed at 03:00 P.M on the same day for further affixation and submission to BISE Lahore.
