Free Skills Development Courses by HEC & Microsoft

The Education Transformation Agreement ETA has been signed in Pakistan by Higher Education Commission and Microsoft with the objective to provide free technology certifications for 100,000 university students all over Pakistan. The young and talented university students can find their Free Skills Development Skills Launching in Pakistan by HEC & Microsoft.

The two well-reputed organizations have made the collaboration with the missions to reimagine the education landscape, bridge the gap between knowledge and employability and empower the next generation of students. These two departments will join hands with each other to train the young students in various latest and leading technologies including Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, Business Applications, Cyber Security, Office Automation and Productivity Tools.

Microsoft will make available different services to all higher education institutes to leverage the new technologies to make learning personalized and student-centric through the knowledge transfer workshops and gives the training on the trending Microsoft technologies. The Federal Minister of Education, SAPM, Microsoft team lead, chairman and other officials of HEC and large number of students, teachers and other participants attended this ceremony. The speakers said that it is the need of the hour to get the modern and latest teaching methods to fuel the economic development, transition to knowledge-based economy and increase the workforce competitiveness and drive the job creation.
