FPSC Section Officer Promotional Exams 2024 Schedule

Islamabad, Federal Public Service commission Islamabad is going to manage the promotional exams for the selection of Section Officers in the Office Management Group from 21-05-2024. The SOPE will be included with written exams having 650 marks in total and the psychological assessment test will be conducted only for the eligible candidates, who will be qualified in the written exams and they will also be called for the viva voce. Eligibility Criteria  

a        Educational Qualification

The candidates must have at least second class or Grade ‘C’ bachelor degree. If the candidates has 3rd division or Grade ‘D’ degree, his bachelor degree will be considered if he has got master degree in the higher division.

b        Age Limits

The candidates must have 30 years of age on closing date of the acceptance of the application on 27-11-2023.

c        Length of Service

The employees, who have consecutive 8 years of government service in President, Prime Minister, Senate, National Assembly, Federal Secretariats or attached departments, Wafaqi Mohtasib Secretariat, FST, FPSC, IB and the Civilian Employees of the Armed Forces in the BS 11 to BS 16. 

Submission of Application Forms Procedure:

All of the eligible candidates are asked to apply online for SOPE-2024 from 12-11-2023 to 27-11-2023 and after that submit the hard copy of the application forms duly signed with all documents to the FPSC headquarters Islamabad within 10 days of the closing date.

Necessary Instructions

The candidates will read all necessary instructions carefully before filling the application forms by providing all necessary information. The candidates first submit the online application forms and then forward hard copy of online application forms within 10 days after the closing date and their entries must be same. If the entries are incorrect, then their candidature will be rejected.
The candidates will pick the optional subjects in accordance with Appendix-I of Rules for SOPE 2015 as the optional subjects and the exams centers will not be changed.

The candidates will read all necessary rules for SOPE-2024 carefully and comply with them strictly and failing in comply with them, will result in cancellation of their candidature.
