Discovery of Replaced Answer Sheets
Federal Board sources revealed that during a recent scanning procedure, it was found that some HSSC answer sheets had been substituted with new ones. This discovery is alarming as the HSSC annual results are scheduled to be released next month.
Identification of the Replacement
The IT system detected the replacements through QR codes on each page of the answer sheets. Allegations indicate that 62 answer sheets were replaced, though this was only uncovered after the fact.

The scanning process was conducted by loaders hired for the task. Following the discovery, several loaders were dismissed, allegedly to cover up the issue.

Joint Secretary of Education Syed Junaid Ikhlaq confirmed that an investigation is underway. He stated that approximately 32 pages of answer sheets were replaced by some loaders, who have since been removed. Mr. Ikhlaq assured that the incident would not affect the HSSC results as the issue was identified in time, and the answer sheets were sent for evaluation before the final results are announced.
