FBISE Introduced Transparent e-Marking System

Islamabad, Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Islamabad started the e-marking system in the checking of papers by adopting the modern technology to ensure 100% transparency in the exams. The pilot project of online marking system has been completed.

The chairman of Federal Board Islamabad said during an interview to media that the computer science exams will be checked with the use of modern e-marking system in the next session. The papers of other subjects will also be checked through this system. The chairman of FBISE said that they had checked the papers of computer science through e-marking system as the pilot project during last session and it proved successful. The project will save the time of the teachers and ensure the transparency in the marking system. The online system would be centralized and different questions of the paper would be sent to more teachers and the teachers would send these papers back through this system soon after marking them. This system will ensure the complete elimination of the favoritism and various other reservations, which the students complained about them.
