Reports indicate that some teachers and individuals have been actively sharing such exam-related content through WhatsApp groups and other online channels, encouraging students to rely on them for exam preparation. Legal Consequences for Distributing Unauthorized Exam Content
BISE Faisalabad has declared that publishing or sharing these materials online constitutes a criminal offense under Section 3a clauses iv, x, and xii of the Punjab University and Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Malpractices Act of 1950, with amendments made in 1999. Offenders may face up to three years of imprisonment and a fine of Rs. 50,000. Additionally, those involved in circulating such exam materials via digital means will also be prosecuted under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016. The board emphasizes that any form of exam content leakage or guess paper distribution is a serious offense and will be dealt with strictly.
