The Independent Government of Jammu and Kashmir State, through the Extension Services Management Academy, Garhi Dupatta, Muzaffarabad, invites applications for admission to regular diploma courses for the academic session 2024-2025.

Available Diploma Courses:
Three-Year Diploma in Agricultural Sciences DAS

Affiliation: University of Agriculture, Faisalabad
Session: 2024-2027
Eligibility:
Matriculation in Science with a minimum of 45% marks Second Division.
Upper age limit: 23 years.
Two-Year Livestock Assistant Diploma LAD

Affiliation: University of Agriculture, Faisalabad
Session: 2024-2026
Eligibility:
Matriculation in Science with subjects Physics, Chemistry, Health, and Biology with a minimum of 45% marks Second Division.
Upper age limit: 22 years.
Important Admission Details:
Residential Eligibility:

Priority will be given to residents of Azad Jammu and Kashmir AJK, both from Pakistan and Azad Kashmir.
A limited number of seats are reserved for candidates from Gilgit-Baltistan, departmental pilgrims, and Manjab and Khmer Bapashtu Awaha candidates.
Special Provisions:

Reserved seats are available for government employees of the Agriculture, Livestock, and Education Departments of Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir. Applicants must obtain a No Objection Certificate NOC and departmental nomination to be eligible.
The age limit and educational qualifications are strictly governed by the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, and cannot be modified.
Exclusions:

Candidates currently enrolled in any other institution or board are not eligible to apply.

Available for Rs. 500 from the Extension Services Management Academy, Garhi Dupatta, Muzaffarabad, until July 30, 2024, during office hours. Applicants must present their matriculation mark sheet to obtain the form.
Incomplete forms or those received after the due date will not be considered.
Required Documents:

Three attested copies of the Matriculation mark sheet.
Fathers Identity Card.
Character Certificate from the previous institution.
Four passport-size photographs.
Medical Fitness Certificate issued by the DHO of the concerned district.
Submission Deadline:

Completed applications must be submitted by September 2, 2024.
Interview:

Shortlisted candidates will be required to appear before the admissions committee on Thursday, September 12, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. with their original educational certificates and other required documents.
Selected candidates must submit the required registration documents and fees within 15 days of admission.
