Education Employees Foundation 1,000 Scholarships for 2025

Education Employees Foundation EEF has launched a new initiative, offering 1,000 scholarships for the children of Education Department employees. These scholarships are distributed across various educational levels, with 202 allocated for each class. Eligible students enrolled in SSC, FA/F.Sc, Polytechnical Institutes, D.Com, and Degree programs in both public and recognized private institutions will receive financial support. The scholarship includes a monthly stipend of PKR 8,000 to aid students in their academic journey. Eligibility Criteria for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Scholarships
Each year, the EEF awards merit-based scholarships to children of Education Department employees who are enrolled in SSC, HSSC, and Bachelor programs. This initiative follows the guidelines set forth in the Education Employees Foundation Act of 2018. The last date to submit applications for the 2025 scholarship program is January 15, 2025. Students are encouraged to apply within the deadline.
How to Apply for EEF Scholarships
Applicants must complete and submit the prescribed form, which is available through the foundation’s office. The forms must be properly attested by the relevant authorities as specified in the application. Students can either submit their applications directly to the foundations office or through authorized channels. The completed forms, along with required documents, must reach the foundation by January 15, 2025. Forms can also be obtained through email or the official EEF Facebook account.

Children of active and retired Education Department employees, studying at the following levels in government or recognized private institutions, are eligible:
Class 10 Science & Arts
Intermediate Part-I and II – FA/F.Sc, Polytechnic, D.Com, Home Economics, DBA, or equivalent
Degree Part-I and II – BA/B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, B.Tech, MBBS, BE, BCS, BIT, or any equivalent program.
Merit-Based Selection and Awarding of Scholarships
Scholarships will be granted based on merit. For students in Class 10, their performance in Class 9 will be considered. For Intermediate Part-I, merit will be based on SSC results, while for Degree Part-I, the scholarship will be awarded based on Intermediate Board or Technical Education Board exam results.
Announcement and Distribution of Scholarships
Once the results of public exams are declared, the EEF will publish an advertisement in leading newspapers to inform eligible candidates about the scholarship program. Notifications will also be issued by educational authorities, including the Directorates of Education and District Education Officers. Application forms will be made available through schools, colleges, and via email.
The list of successful candidates will be shared with all relevant institutions, and scholarship cheques will be sent to the heads of these institutions. These cheques will then be distributed to the students, who must provide receipts to confirm that they have received the funds. The entire process is managed to ensure fairness and transparency.
