DUHS Pharm D 1st Year Exam Forms & Fee Submission Schedule

The Dow University of Health Sciences DUHS, Karachi has officially released the DUHS Pharm D First Year Morning / Evening Enrollment Forms & Fee Submission Schedule 2025. This applies to all eligible candidates of Dow College of Pharmacy DCOP, Ojha Campus. According to Ref No.: DUHS/EXM/2025-794, the last date for submission of enrollment forms is 25th April 2025.

As part of the DUHS Pharm D Exams Fee & Forms Submissions Schedule 2025, students from both Morning and Evening programs are required to submit their completed enrollment forms, original paid fee vouchers, and necessary documents to their respective colleges. These will then be forwarded to the DUHS Examinations Department within 15 days, along with a complete list of eligible students.

• Original Enrollment Card if previously enrolled in another university
