DUHS DPT Semester IX Retake 2024 Form & Fee Schedule 2025

Dow University of Health Sciences DUHS, Karachi has released an important notification regarding the Final Year DPT Semester IX Retake Exams 2024 Forms & Fee Submissions Schedule 2025. According to the Examinations Department under Ref No.: DUHS/EXM/2025-899, all failure/repeater candidates of the Dow Institute of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation DIPM&R and affiliated institutes must submit their examination forms and fees by 9th May 2025.

The Examination Fee will be charged as per the approved DUHS fee structure. The forms, along with the paid fee voucher and required documents, must be submitted to the respective college or institute. Each institute is then responsible for forwarding the completed applications to the DUHS Examinations Department within three days, accompanied by a list of eligible candidates.

Photocopy of Enrolment Card

Original Paid Fee Voucher

Copy of Paid Tuition Fee Voucher

Any additional relevant documents if requested
