Before applying, its crucial to be aware of certain important details and eligibility criteria:

Applicants for subspecialty programs must have completed two years in General Medicine or General Surgery before the start of the session.
For the 2-year and 4-year tracks, subspecialty and dentistry programs, there will be no allowance for interchanges after the entry test.
Candidates already registered in other institutes must provide a No Objection Certificate NOC from CPSP within two weeks after the interview.
Candidates who have completed one year of training in General Surgery and initially selected the Neurosurgery & Orthopedic Surgery Track in CPSP are eligible to apply for Neurosurgery and Orthopedic Surgery.
In-service candidates need an NOC from the Health Department, Government of Sindh, which must be produced before the entry test. Induction of in-service candidates will be in accordance with government policies.
The General Surgery 1-Year Track is exclusively for candidates who choose neurosurgery and orthopedics after one year, as per CPSP notification.
Clinical Hematology 2-year candidates in Medicine or Pediatrics are eligible to apply.

The filled application form should be submitted online, and a physical copy, along with relevant documents and payment details, should be sent to The School of Postgraduate Studies through courier. After the due date, applications will not be entertained.
Entrance Test Information
