DUHS BSN 3rd Year Semester V Retake Exam Fee Schedule 2024

Dow University of Health Sciences DUHS Karachi has announced the BSN 3rd Year Semester V Retake Examination Fee Schedule 2024 for repeater candidates at the Dow Institute of Nursing & Midwifery, Ojha Campus, and its affiliated colleges. The Examination Form & Fee for Semester-V Retake Examination 2024 will be accepted until 24th April 2025 in the respective college or institutes office.

The Examination Fee must be paid according to the fee structure established by the university. Each student needs to submit the required documents along with the fee payment voucher. These documents include:

1. A photocopy of transcripts from the failed BSN Semester-V Exam 2024.
2. A photocopy of the Enrolment Card.
3. The original fee payment voucher.
4. A copy of the paid tuition fee voucher.
5. Any additional relevant documents as requested by the university.

The respective colleges will collect the examination forms, the paid fee voucher, and the necessary documents from eligible students. These must be submitted to the Examinations Department at DUHS within three days of collection. The Examination Fee Payment Voucher must accompany the examination form for each student.
