Digital Classroom Project to Empower Girls Education

Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, in collaboration with UNESCO Pakistan, has launched an innovative program to introduce digital classrooms in Azad Jammu and Kashmir AJK and Gilgit-Baltistan GB. Federal Education Secretary Mohyuddin Ahmad Wani, along with senior officials and UNESCO representatives, recently held a meeting to discuss this significant project. They announced that 80 girls’ government schools will soon be equipped with advanced IT resources. Secretary Wani highlighted the program’s commitment to bridging educational inequalities, bringing digital tools to girls in primary grades across eight districts in AJK and GB.
