CM Merit Scholarship Program CMMSP for International Study

The Balochistan Education Endowment Fund BEEF, with the support of the Government of Balochistan, is pleased to announce the fully funded CM Merit Scholarship for Study Abroad CMMSP. This scholarship program is specifically designed for the bright and talented students of Balochistan who aspire to pursue a Ph.D. in selected fields at the worlds top 100 QS-ranked universities.

The CMMSP offers comprehensive funding for Ph.D. studies, with detailed information available in the guidelines on the BEEF website. Priority will be given to students enrolled in tuition-free institutions in Germany or other eligible countries, and they will be allowed to attend universities ranked up to QS200. The deadline to apply for the CM Merit Scholarship for Study Abroad is March 30, 2025.

Purpose of the CMMSP

The CMMSP aims to foster the development of Balochistan by supporting advanced education for its residents. Scholarships are available for a limited number of seats, which may be adjusted based on demand. Selection criteria include academic performance in previous degrees, results from Aptitude Tests, and interviews.

Eligibility Criteria for CMMSP

Maximum age: 40 years as of the closing date of the advertisement.
Residency: Must be a resident of Balochistan with a local domicile and CNIC indicating a permanent address in Balochistan. A residence certificate from the district administration is also required.
Academic Qualifications: Must have a minimum of 60% marks throughout the academic career.
Employment Restrictions: Permanent/regular faculty members of public sector educational institutions and public servants in Pakistan are not eligible.
Admission Offer: Must possess an unconditional offer letter for Ph.D. studies from any of the top 100 QS-ranked universities for the 2025 session.
Previous Scholarships: Must not have previously received any foreign Ph.D. scholarship from any National, Provincial, or Donor Program.

Applicants must submit the following documents:

Attested copy of CNIC.
Attested copies of all educational documents.
CV/Resume.
Copy of an unconditional/valid admission offer for Ph.D. studies.
Attested copy of Local Domicile.
Three passport-size photographs blue background.
Synopsis/Research Proposal.
Statement of Purpose One page.
Any other supporting document to substantiate the application.
Police Character Certificate.
