Closing of Institutes to Consider Promotion Policy

Federal government has to consider the current situation of spreading of the coronavirus across the country and the situation is becoming grave, which can result in halting of the educational activities in the country. On the recommendations of National Command & Operation Center, the educational institutes will be closed from 15 March 2021 to 28 March 2021 and it can leave bad impact on the academic activities of the students and their preparation of the coming exams can be affected. Federal Minister for Education and Professional Training has made the announcement to consider the promotion policy for the academic year 2021.
The government has the opinion that the educational institutes will remain closed and the course will not be completed so how the schools and boards can manage to conduct the exams of the students in time. The coronavirus pandemic is spreading in the country and different areas are locked down and the students and the schools and colleges are badly affected and resultantly the course will not be completed. All of the educational boards across the country are completing the process of receipt of the admission forms and fee from the students for their coming matric and inter classes annual exams and they have announced the dates of the start of the exams. All Punjab Boards matric classes part 1 and 2 annual exams 2021 will be commenced from 25 May 2021 and 04 May 2021 respectively and the educational institutes will have to complete the courses of all subjects before the start of the exams, which has becoming difficult after closing of the schools and colleges.
