Purchase from College Office: You can buy the Prospectus/Application Form from the Cadet College Warsak office for Rs. 3,000.

submit the application form along with a bank deposit slip of Rs. 3,000 in college Account No. 02267900164501 at HBL Warsak Colony Branch.

Ensure that you complete the Admission Form in all respects and attach attested photocopies of the following documents:

Form B
Domicile certificate of the candidate
Fathers CNIC
FC Service Certificate
Death Certificate for FC Shuhada if applicable
You can submit your admission form by hand at the college office or send it via registered post please note that TCS SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE for this purpose. The last date for submission of the admission form with the normal fee is November 6, 2023. If you miss this deadline, you have until November 20, 2023, to submit it with a late fee of Rs. 1,000.
