To gain admission to Cadet College Ghotki, aspiring students must meet specific eligibility criteria:

Age: Applicants for Class VII should be between 11 to 13 years old, while those applying for Class VIII should be between 12 to 14 years old on April 1, 2024. There is no relaxation of age criteria.

Academic Level: Candidates must have passed Class 6 for Class VII and Class 7 for Class VIII or an equivalent qualification by April 2024. Students who will appear for their Class VI and VII annual examinations in March/April 2024 are also eligible to apply.

Entrance Test

The entrance test is a crucial step in the admission process. The test will be conducted on January 14, 2024, covering the following subjects:

Urdu/Sindhi
**General Knowledge IQ + GK + General Science based on the new edition of Sindh Textbook Board or equivalent level.
Candidates who perform well in the written test will proceed to the interview stage and undergo a medical examination. It is advised to undergo a preliminary medical examination from CMH or DHQ as well.

Purchase: The prospectus and admission form can be purchased for a fee of Rs. 2,500 from the Colleges Account Branch or any Allied Bank Limited branch.
Courier: You can receive the prospectus through registered courier by submitting a Demand Draft of Rs. 2,600 in favor of Cadet College Ghotki.

It is important to note that a limited number of seats are available on a self-finance basis for Class VII and VIII. The admission form must reach the college by December 31, 2023. Late applications with a fee of Rs. 500 will be accepted until January 9, 2024, but no applications will be entertained after this date.
